Trump reduces his trade taxes, China says it will discourage IP theft and coercion.

Time will tell whether the Chinese government honors its new trade agreement with the U.S. But today’s news of lower taxes on commerce and commitments to reduce theft of U.S. inventions may be reason enough to crack open a cold Tsingtao.
